Create unforgettable moments of enjoyment with the Feuerhand Tamber − 5 easy recipe ideas for the table grill

Today you finally have time again for your favorite person: spend precious hours together on the terrace. These five little delicacies are meant to give you a light evening full of enjoyment and good conversation. The bites are easy to prepare and require little effort.

Your grilled iced tea gives the evening a special start. This fruity, refreshing aperitif is the perfect accompaniment to the meal and refreshes you on balmy summer evenings. Place the Tamber on the lid and light the charcoal with a match or long-reach lighter. After approx. 15 minutes, the charcoal will be glowing through and the table grill will be ready for the starter. In the meantime, you can slice the limes and brew your tea.

Martini iced tea

  • 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
  • 1 organic lime
  • 150 ml cold Martini Bianco
  • 3 sprigs of organic mint (ideally from the balcony or terrace)
  • ice cubes
  1. Boil approx. 1/4 l of water and let it cool for approx. 5 minutes. Pour over the tea and let it steep for 2–3 minutes, depending on taste. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
  2. Wash the lime, pat dry, and cut one half into slices. Roast the slices on the Tamber until golden brown. Juice the other half of the lime. Pour the tea into the Martini and season to taste with lime juice. Distribute the ice cubes among the glasses, adding 2–3 mint leaves and 1 grilled lime slice to each.
  3. Pour the tea-Martini mixture over it.
