If you order your new Feuerhand products within Germany, your order is free of shipping costs from 80,00 € value of goods. For orders with a value of goods up to 80,00 € we charge a shipping amount of 4,95 €.

We make every effort to process your Feuerhand order as quickly as possible at our location in Magdeburg and to get it on its way. For delivery of the ordered goods within Germany, this takes place within approx. 2-4 working days after receipt of order. The delivery time to other European and non-European countries varies and can be found in detail under Shipping & Delivery .

If you are not satisfied with your Feuerhand product, please contact your Feuerhand dealer or us directly. We will be happy to help you and take care of how we can best solve your problem.

The best way to send us your request is always by e-mail to service@feuerhand.de and send us your proof of purchase, the order number, pictures or videos of the product and your complete contact details. Alternatively, you can also use our contact form.

You can be sure that your message will be processed promptly. If it takes a little longer, there is an increased volume of inquiries in the service area and we ask for your patience. For us, your satisfaction comes first, so we guarantee to be there for you and your request as soon as possible.

We would be happy to give you a glimpse into our production facility, because the traditional machines and skillful handwork characterize the quality of the storm lantern. Since 1989, the Feuerhand Baby Special 276 storm lantern has been the only model manufactured according to the design principle of that time as an open cold air system.

For us, safety always comes first, not only in your use of our products. Also with regard to the demand for factory tours, we unfortunately have to carefully consider the background of safety and insurance risks. Therefore, we cannot offer public tours of the Feuerhand factory and production facilities.

The quality of Feuerhand products distinguishes us as a brand. We only put products on the market that are flawless and customarily referred to as A-grade goods. Therefore, there is no factory sale of Feuerhand products. Since the brand Feuerhand belongs to Petromax GmbH since 2014, you can get an impression of the assortment at our location in Magdeburg. In our Feuerhand showroom you can browse, touch our products, examine all lantern colors in detail, discover our stainless steel fireplaces for yourself and of course buy all our products. During our opening hours (Mon - Thurs: 9 am - 5 pm | Fri: 9 am - 3 pm), we will be happy to assist you with our expertise and offer detailed product advice on site.

We treasure every old Feuerhand storm lantern because it reminds us of how durable this self-sufficient light source is that we still produce today. Even though this approach to sustainability never fails to excite us - keep your treasure for yourself. We only offer new items for sale, so we do not purchase used lanterns.

If there is a light film of oil on your lantern or it seems to be leaking in some places, this often gives the impression that the storm lantern is defective or leaking. It is important to know that your Baby Special 276 storm lantern is an open system. It provides you with reliable and even light, especially because of this open operating principle. Through this so-called cold air system, your storm lantern is continuously supplied with oxygen. Thus, the flame remains permanently alive and your lantern produces a bright light thanks to its open design. If your lantern feels oily in some places, this is not an indication that your storm lantern is defective. In most cases, you can easily fix this yourself. Possible causes for your lantern leaking can be:

- an overfilling of the tank
- too much movement and change of position
- temperature fluctuations
- a wick turned out too far.

With the right lamp oil, you not only avoid an unpleasant odor, but also protect parts such as the glass cylinder from soiling due to soot formation. Feuerhand lamp oil is ideally suited to your storm lantern. Due to its high purity, the colorless liquid fuel is characterized by low-odor and low-soot combustion. Since 1989, our storm lantern factory in northern Germany produces exclusively the model Baby Special 276. The focus for the spare parts production is also on the Baby Special 276. The storm lantern is known and popular all over the world, but its origin is in Germany. Since 1893, the Feuerhand storm lantern has been produced in Germany and this is still the case today. In our production facility in northern Germany, the Baby Special 276 lantern model is still manufactured according to the same principle. Then as now, the Feuerhand lantern convinces with its impressive quality and functionality and spreads its warm white light wherever people come together in a relaxed atmosphere.

You have a unique occasion or are looking for a high-quality idea for business partners, groups and co? Then you can order storm lanterns in your perfectly matching color or give them a unique character with an individual engraving on the tank or the glass.
