The tank cap for the Baby Special 276 closes the tank of your Feuerhand storm lantern after filling and is essential for safe operation. Suitable for the Feuerhand models of the Baby Special 276 series, the original Feuerhand tank cap is still manufactured in Germany together with the storm lantern. If the lid of one of your Baby Special 276 should ever get lost, you can make it ready for use again with the replacement lid. Even an old storm lantern of this series can be equipped with a new lid and once again perform its function. The Feuerhand tank lid has a grooved outer edge. This makes it easier for you to open the lid thanks to improved haptics. Thanks to the screw cap, the sturdy lid made of galvanized steel can be easily screwed on and fixed again.
The top of the original tank lid from German manufacture is provided with the traditional Feuerhand emblem.

"Der Tankdeckel passt mit etwas 'Nacharbeit' von der Optik besser auf meine Lampe als der ursprünglich verbaute... Leider stand das Feuerhand-Logo auf dem Tankdeckel meiner Baby Special 276 fast vollständig auf dem Kopf. Also habe ich mir mittlerweile 2 Ersatztankdeckel bestellt. Der erst gelieferte war schon besser, hätte ihn aber zu feste zudrehen müssen um eine gute Optik zu erhalten... Beim zweiten hatte ich Glück - dieser wäre bei richtig herum stehenden Logo zu lose auf dem Tankstutzen gewesen - also noch eine dünne Lage aus Dichtungspapier (Kfz-Zubehör) gefertigt, in den Deckel eingelegt und er sitzt perfekt! Ich finde es schade dass bei einem Produkt "Made in Germany" auf solche Details seitens des Herstellers keinen Wert gelegt wird!"
