By entering the competition, the entrant or participant agrees to the following terms and conditions of entry.

Conditions of participation:

• If you would like to take part in an ongoing Feuerhand competition, comment under the respective post on the Feuerhand Instagram account. Here is the link: https://www.instagram.com/original.feuerhand/
• Multiple comments from one person will not be counted.
• The winner of each lantern will be chosen at random and notified by direct message on Instagram within 72 hours of the end of the competition.
• The winner has 7 working days (after the end of the respective competition post) to contact us via Instagram message so that we can send the prize.
• If the winner does not contact us within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. A new draw will not take place.
• Employees of Petromax GmbH and their family members are excluded from the competition.
• Cash payment of the prizes is not possible.
• All natural persons aged 18 and over can take part.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The Feuerhand competition is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram or Facebook. The sole contact and responsible party is Petromax GmbH as the organiser.

Privacy notices:

• We process your personal data for the proper implementation and handling of the competition and in particular for sending the prize.
• The participant expressly agrees to this.
• The participant may revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or e-mail.
• The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of his/her submitted data.
• In order to carry out the competition, the profile name and, if available, the first and last name of the respective participant are collected and stored.
• In order to send the prize, we also collect the surname, first name and address of the winner(s) and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us.
• After the end of the competition, this data will be deleted.
• Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.
