"Ich habe inzwischen mehrere Schirme in verschiedenen Farben – sowohl für klassische Öllaternen als auch für die LED-Varianten. Die Farben passen hervorragend zu den jeweiligen Laternen und sehen wirklich schick aus. Wer allerdings die bestmögliche Lichtreflexion nach unten haben möchte, kommt meiner Meinung nach am silbernen Schirm nicht vorbei. Er verteilt das Licht nach unten einfach am effektivsten."

"Der Schirm ist leider nicht wirklich fest mit der Laterne verbunden, wird nur übergestülpt was letztendlich eine sehr wacklige Konstruktion ergibt. Auch die Lichtausbeute des Reflektors hält sich in Grenzen. Wenn der Untergrund unterhalb der Laterne nicht einen hellen Farbton hat wird man kaum eine Verbesserung wahrnehmen. Schade, ich hatte mir wirklich mehr erhofft."
"The reflector should be white underneath so that can actually reflect as advertised. I have a red one for a red lamp and it's just a waste of time as it adds less than nothing to the light. The only one that might work is the zinc so why not only paint the top?. The red reflector on the red lamp makes my place look like a cowboy brothel!"
